The source project of this merge request has been removed.
HiLive2 migration
- PathoLive was adapted for use with HiLive2.
- Several parameters were replaced by appropriate parameters for HiLive2.
- A new --config parameter was introduced to allow a more detailed setup of the alignment when required.
- Minor changes and adaption to HiLive2 have been done for the Readme.
- Unnecessary files from the D3 visualization template were removed.
