Why:

  • Implementation of Andrew+ required via a gRPC gateway API

This change addresses the need by:

  • Implemented features to be able to start a pre-deployed protocol on the andrew instrument
  • Support for pausing and resuming also added (but not required)
  • Interacts with instrument via a gRPC gateway

This change has the following side effects:

  • Cancellation is implemented but there is a bug with the current instrument version tests
