Windows support
Supporting Windows may be difficult. Apparently, unlike Linux and macOS, it's not enough to just dump the manifest file in a standard directory, you have to create a special registry key that points at the manifest (which contains a special key that points at the executable). Chrom{e,ium} does the same thing.
I don't actually know much about writing to the registry, let alone how to do it from Rust (although I'm sure it's possible). If some kind soul wanted to figure that out, I think I could organise CI and pre-built binaries.
