cli: split multiple lines using line breaks

This makes the semicolon ';' character usable in the title, content and penalty lines of citations; it's actually pretty useful punctuation.

Multi-lines citations can still be created using '\n'. This feels more intuitive too. Not sure why this wasn't done like that before.
