Support all MC versions permitted by AnvilGUI
This request shadows AnvilGUI into the build, allowing support for Minecraft 1.8-R1 to 1.15-R1 protocol at time of writing. GUI text is now configurable through Languagy.
Please note that due to the recent change in how Translator can be instantiated, you'll likely want to release this update alongside a new release of Languagy.
