Transpile to lowest common configuration
TLDR: Would it be possible to just transpile all the way back to the oldest common config (ie8)?
So RactiveJS just moved to Buble, but I notice that there is the target
config.

Does this go against the no-config, "batteries-included" principle of Buble? Wouldn't this make it no different from the Babel before it moved out the config to plugins?
-
Browser versions move faster than ES editions which means it would be playing catch up. Wouldn't it be nice to just forget browser versions or JavaScript editions or any unnecessary config, just drop in the tool and boom! JS for all browsers!
A nice workflow (at least for me) would be like:
- Set source, destination
- Transpile
- Get code and source map
- ???
- Profit
Thoughts? Or did I miss something?
