Small documentation chores

Fixes a few things in the documentation directories:

• remove from git some residual compiled documentation files html and pdf
• Remove input_import_exportbinary.html from the PP/Doc Makefile; the corresponding .def has already been removed.
• Fixes a few typos in the QEHeat/Doc Makefile
