Increased the resolution of \alpha^2F(\omega) produced by lambda.x from 200 points to 2000 points, as 200 was insufficient for systems with a large maximum phonon frequency:

Fixed overflow of omega log values from the omegalog array into the degauss array when nsig > 20:
