Sorry, I think one of the changes in the merge request from yesterday may be what is causing all the errors in the test suite. I inadvertently changed the default exx_fraction of PBE0 and possibly a bunch of other functionals. I'll run the test suite before a merge request in the future, and sorry for all the e-mails.
