Analitical tetradosint

Pietro Delugas requested to merge pietrodelugas/q-e:analitical_tetradosint into develop

integrating dos numerically results were very bad unless extremely expensive energy meshes were used. Much better could be do the opposite if one wants numerical coherence between integrated dos and dos.

For the moment either the dos and the integrated dos are computed
analitically.
