Write frequencies and IR intensities and atomic vibrations in Maestro friendly way

This allows to write spm ('filspm' variable, IR spectrum file that Maestro can read) and vib ('filvib', atomic vibrations that Maestro can animate) files. Also adds the ability to set 'prefix' variable in the dynmat name list.
