Stress cpu-gpu divergence fix

A few stress-related routines in the gpu version had one additional argument with respect to the cpu version. Now they are aligned, except for two of them (in coul_cut_2d.f90), called by stres_loc only, that will be aligned from the cpu side for performance reasons. This should fix issue#40
