Gpu stress
Most of the stress calculation is ported on gpu, mainly by following what has been done with the forces. In stress US I kept on a work already started by P. Delugas.
The 17.0 major release is coming on May 16, 2024! This version brings many exciting improvements to GitLab, but also removes some deprecated features.
