Implemented Dynamic Type support on the Main screen, the Privacy screen, the Infected Info screen, and the Settings screen. Phones tested on Simulator - 11 Pro Max and SE (2nd generation) Tested on physical phone - XS Max.

Smaller phones will be tested as part of Issue #23.
