This pull request adresses the needs of integrating UEABS for accelerators in the CodeVault repository as discussed with Alan Simpson and Chris Johnson.
It includes Guides (README.md) for every benchmarks as well as binaries that couldn't be hosted elsewhere (particular attention have been given to this task, but still the pull request is heavy).
It also includes related work like a paper application for IWOPH'17 (https://indico-jsc.fz-juelich.de/event/33/).
PS: I'm planning to include and HTML port of the delivery D7.5 (PRACE-4IP) as soon as it will be published on the PRACE website. But I think guides must be integrated now.
