Added a beginner tutorial, tweaked troubleshooting tutorial and lots of other formatting fixes.
Added beginner tutorial, fixed RST errors with headings, indented examples, added troubleshooting joining .NET info and added beginner tutorial. Adjusted custom.css to display images and RP text. Updated PG to include invisible clothes.
