Add max_area and max_length

Tilio Clemenceau requested to merge clemetil/qompligis:max_area_max_length into master

Addition of:

  • maximum area verification for polygons and maximum length verification for lines
  • max length/area sections in the report
  • max length/area options in the configuration ui
  • display of an error message when the user inputs a smaller maximum length/area value than the minimum length/area value
