update test sample
After the last changes of QGeologis, the test sample has not been updated nor the generation script. This is the purpose of this PR :
- update project.qgs
- update qgeologistest.json
- minor change in generate_config_test.py, including fix for cumulative storage type (thanks to @delhomer )
