Fix prettytable regression

I'm not an ansible expert, but setting the version on requirements file didn't help for a long. I found a bug in prettytable and use a workaround to fix the issue with raising exception on prettytable string generation. Issue was reported on https://github.com/jazzband/prettytable/issues/166
