ONAP SDK Version 1

Summary

This first version allows to:

onboard a service
instantiate it via NBI or SO using both GR API and VNF API
do basic CDS blueprint actions: enrich, deploy and publish
upload data dictionaries to CDS
generate data dictionaries template for CDS blueprint file

Work before merge

check on DT side
check on Orange side
review the doc
bump the version
