Multicloud integration with removal of identity wrapper
Dublin installation tested successfully without identity wrapper
Main modifications:
- Modification config map so-bpmn-infra in helm package (change v1 to v2 for vnfadapter)
- Modification template onap_overrides_yaml.j2 to change so config and address multicloud using msb url
- Register cloud side within multicloud (role oom_postconfigure)
