Update CurrentPmChangeListener.java
- Changes Interface operational state to reflect its port operational state.
- checkAllPms checks that all PMs do not have any abnormal values before changing operational state to in service.
The 17.0 major release is coming on May 16, 2024! This version brings many exciting improvements to GitLab, but also removes some deprecated features.
