Add root node prefix in path_request_route

Gilles Thouenon requested to merge update_path_request_deserializer into experimental/tpce

The new JSON serializer used in TransportPCE adds now the module prefix to the JSON root node. GNPy JSON deserializer must also take into acount this prefix.
