keep revision information in specfile

Example of Release field after a substitution: 2.0.0-1.20190827090344.0.feature~ci~build~pkg~rpm.olab.el7.el7.

I added a . at beginning of RPM_PKG_SUFFIX to be compliant with DEB_PKG_SUFFIX (it has a + at beginning).

No more rpmlint warning messages caused by a mix of tabulations and spaces in final SPEC file.
