677 MetaDataConflicts

Fixed parts of the problem by making the name the parameters more fully qualified. Now the metadata Group is a part of the parameter and two parameters with the same name but different groups wont be confusing to the engine.

The change might be confusing to existing result listeners, we have to make an investigation into that.
