Added a new dynamic member called OpenTap.Description to the properties. Its display name is Group\Description. The reason for OpenTap.Description was to avoid any potential conflicts.
Added the default value so that when the description is set to the description, it is not serialized or saved. This seems to work well in general.
Added unit test to show that it works.
