Fix typo in MSI build script

Have not tested this at all, but it should fix the Windows MSI pipeline build (it's just a copy of OpenRGBHardwareSyncPlugin@3a6b65fa ). Also haven't found any contributor guidelines/requirements so please point me to those if there's something else I should do first.
