WIP: Improve Keyboard Navigation

Improves keyboard/gamepad UI navigation.

Check commit log for a list of improvements, and remember to play around with the UI via gamepad, some menus are quite odd currently,

• Left thumb stick toggles the cursor in GUI.
• Press X (Xbox control scheme) to delete a highlighted save file, it will ask for confirmation.
