FEAT: Add & document autocalc flag on potions

Pretty straightforward. I was working on migrating spellutil.cpp to Lua when I noticed we don't expose the autocalc flag on potions.

Didn't bump API rev as there are at least two MRs open right now that will be doing so, being that is the case I'm leaving it to the merger unless told otherwise.
