Draft: Simplify the game template doc around a custom launcher

Requires a separate commit in the example suite repo to add a working openmw.cfg file there.

Specific assumptions:

  • the correct data= and content= paths are added to that openmw.cfg file
  • we don't need the paths to essential models anymore as they will be in the example suite settings.cfg file and we're not making users copy this file anywhere
