Force windows to exit when popping their GUI mode through Lua

Evil Eye requested to merge Assumeru/openmw:evictthosewindows into master

Fixes #7834.

This might have some weird side effects, I don't really know. But the current set up makes it pretty easy to crash the engine so it can't be that much worse.
