Many localization fixes

This:

• unbreaks generic French and German Calendar and OMWControls translations which weren't properly copied
• unbreaks Swedish OMWEngine localization which had a formatting mistake causing most lines to go unused
• adds generic Russian lines to Calendar
• makes non-GMST am/pm/day lines properly localized in German, Swedish and Russian (they need to be duplicated between the generic files and the MW-specific files)
• makes the Swedish day line start with a capital letter
• shortens Swedish lines for am/pm to be less confusing and more consistent with other languages
• makes German OMWControls and OMWCamera use standard quote marks, as Mystic Cards doesn't provide glyphs for the quote marks Atahualpa used

This also exposes some more lines to localization:

• autosave on resting, best attack and crosshair setting captions from the settings window
• health and level from the saved game dialog. The GMSTs are used in more cases but occasional translations might look more jarring than no translations in other contexts.

Which basically means the settings window and the saved game dialog can be translated to Swedish fully (barring action names). Which is very important. Yes.
I took some liberties with the non-GMST-based localization because some official choices weren't great, possibly butchered to fit in the widget in Russian and French cases. The differences are:

"Auto-Save when Rest" -> "Auto-Save on Resting"
"Автозапись на отдыхе" ("Autowrite on resting") -> "Автосохранение при отдыхе" ("Autosave upon resting")
"Всегда лучший удар" ("Always the best hit") -> "Всегда лучшая атака" ("Always the best attack")
"Tjrs meilleure attaque" ("Awys best attack") -> "Toujours meilleure attaque" ("Always best attack")
