Draft: Add fuzzers
Apologies for the barebones draft, but testing in my local fork gives me an error [1]:
$ echo "ERROR Your GitLab project is missing licensing for Coverage Fuzzing" && exit 1
So I wanted to test on the main fork before spending more effort on this.
