Support dark mode on Windows
Implements #7985 (closed).
Due to stylesheet limitations, there is still a couple of differences:
- Progress bar appearance:
- Sorting indicator in tables header is on right instead of center (because style engine still reserves a space for it on the right side, even if it is centered):
