components/crashcatcher: if OPENMW_FULL_MEMDUMP is set, generate a full memory crashdump

Closes task #7924 (closed).

Tested by rebuilding OpenMW and triggering a crash. The full dumpfile is ~200MB, as compared to ~14MB previously.
