Rename light settings in the launcher and In/decrement shadow distance by 128 points
For the first and third suggestions from #7843 (closed) .
Aside from that, copied some of the settings translations from the lights tab in-game to the launcher translation files, I didn't docall of them as I can't proof-read those.
