Topics are linked incorrectly

This is a duplicate of #1047 (closed) which was reintroduced by !1266 (merged). Affects both the journal and the dialogue window.

The original fix might very well be incorrect. Or worse, incorrect for certain languages.

(English) Morrowind.exe appears to link words preceded by spaces, new lines, apostrophes, and quotes. But not tabs, guillemets, numbers, hyphens, underscores, tildes, punctuation, or brackets.
