Replace ActorId with RefId
CreatureStats
currently has a member called mActorId
that represents a unique identifier for actors. Now that every object has a unique RefId for Lua purposes, this field is redundant. Refactoring the code base to replace usages with RefId has certain advantages (my thought in !3455 (merged) for example) and would allow us to remove a bunch of code.

I am kinda regretting having introduced actor IDs by now (fairly but not entirely sure that was my doing). Having multiple systems that do the same thing is not good for the quality of the code base.
