Lua binding for triggering crime/setting crime level
Right now, setting crime is not possible with lua. It is possible to do it with a mwscript bridge, but this is hacky and has problems.
MWSE has a property on the player, bounty, that you can set or get.
It also has the function triggerCrime, which has the parameters value, victim, crime type, and forceDetection. It will not increment the player's bounty unless they were witnessed. Currently with OpenMW lua, it's impossible to tell if a player is "witnessed" or not. Because NPCs only witness if they can see the player, and have a high enough alarm value.
We need a function similar to this, or some sort of crime interface. Let me know your thoughts, and I will get to work on an MR.
!3118 (merged) added the getter, and mentioned concern about the lack of multiplayer compatibility for the setter, but this has not been a concern for the other added functions.
