Drop support for --fs-strict
OpenMW has the --fs-strict
command line argument to disable case folding of file names. The project also contains code that assumes file names are lower cased, i.e. code that is broken if this option is used.
Now we could of course fix that code... but frankly I don't see the point. The only "valid" use case for enabling this option would be to play a new game / total conversion made for OpenMW with this feature in mind and deciding leaving it off is a waste of CPU cycles. Which seems like a stretch.
So I say, let's reduce code complexity a tiny bit and cut a feature no one should be using.
