Recent changes to how OpenMW handles MVRF causes issues with Object Paging
-
What is your operating system? Archlinux, but according to the forum it happens in all OSes.
-
What version of OpenMW are you using?
OpenMW version 0.47.0 Revision: 74aa7cdd48
works as expected, with object paging active grid both true or false.
OpenMW version 0.48.0 Revision: 126cf40848
shows the bug when object paging active grid is true, but not when false.
- What version of Morrowind are you using (i.e. retail CD or Steam)? What addons (Tribunal, Bloodmoon) do you have installed? What language is your Morrowind install?
English Morrowind with GOG data, no extra data=
or content=
lines but the official esm files and the mod itself.
- What are the exact steps to reproduce the problem?
Open the game with attached mod enabled, check the added ashland trees in the Balmora. With object paging active grid as true some trees are shown as vanilla models, but with object paging active grid false all are shown correctly.

Here is how it looks (with object paging active grid as true in 0.48): https://cdn.discordapp.com/attachments/260443767482482688/861942633261563924/Screenshot_2021-07-06_at_14.11.23.png
Basically, some of the models are not replaced and shown as vanilla models.
