MCP feature: NPC AI casts zero cost powers
Request for another nice MCP feature not yet implemented in OpenMW. From MCP/the OpenMW wiki (https://wiki.openmw.org/index.php?title=MCP):
Allows NPCs to cast their races' powers, making fights significantly harder.
However, the wiki also notes in this case: "The opposite is currently deliberately hardcoded." I'm posting this in part because I can't find any explanation as to why this decision was made, and would appreciate any info that could be shared on this, including whether the feature will ever be added to OpenMW. Thank you.
