Make GetWeaponType function return different values for tools
Right now unlike vanilla which returns 0 for tools (the same as short blades), OpenMW returns -1 for them (the same as unarmed). For compatibility with the existing GetWeaponType fix from Morrowind Code Patch it should return -2 for lockpicks and -3 for probes to avoid potential clashes with weapon detection in scripts that were written with MCP in mind and allow scripters to learn if the player uses a tool in the current frame.
