"Lock 0" console command is a no-op
In vanilla game there is an interesting way to make impassable areas or unlockable containers via Lock console command. If you use "Lock 0" on door in container, an engine considers it as locked, but there is no tooltip and the door/container can not be unlocked via lockpicking or Open spell. You can open the door/container only via key or Unlock console command. It is possible because vanilla has Locked flag splitted from lock level.
In OpenMW "Lock 0" is a no-op, and OpenMW considers such doors as opened.
There are several mods that use this feature, Lothavor's Legacy (related "topic":https://forum.openmw.org/viewtopic.php?f=2&t=4683&p=50302) and Arktwend for example.
