Can't steal limeware platter from census office the same was as vanilla
In vanilla morrowind, it's "standard" behavior for a new game to start by stealing the limeware platter from the census office, then selling it.
One would pick up the platter, then drop it before being reprimanded, and would be free to pick it up with no repurcussions afterwards. This worked even if you picked it up and dropped it within a single pause.
In OpenMW, I can't replicate this behavior. I will be reprimanded for each time that I pick up the platter, rather than just the first one.
I managed to steal the platter anyway by "dragging" it into the other room while paused, closing the door, then picking it up there; but it was still more annoying than the normal way of doing it.
If the new reprimand behavior is considered a feature, I would find that weird, but at the very least I think the system should act like vanilla for the guard in the census office.
