Use Yandex instead of Google for Translations
Unfortunately Google only provides "free" access to their api for a limited amount of time (1 year). This period is now over so we probably need to revert back to Yandex for translations.
There are some unfortunate set-backs here:
- one being the need to display a "Powered by Yandex.Translate" foot note bellow the translations. Here are some details on this: https://tech.yandex.com/translate/doc/dg/concepts/design-requirements-docpage/
- and second the quality of their translations is noticeably worse than with Google, but then that's either no translations or this.
This MR switches from: https://www.ubuntu.cz/design/translator/google-translator.js to: https://www.ubuntu.cz/design/translator/yandex-translator.js
Oh, and there is always an option to go with: https://www.ubuntu.cz/design/translator/local-translator.js in case everything else fails, but then I suppose no translations may be more advisable than this :)
