I'm going to spend at least the next 30 days or so using Sublime Text 3
as the sole code editor for this project, instead of WebStorm, as a full
on evaluation of it.

To that end I've included a sublime probject file for it and have added
a simple task list using the PlainTasks sublime text plugin.
