Ubuntu release
this is an omnibus MR. It contains:
- Fix for the nextcloud template, to remove errant "'s around the password.
- Fix for Mayan to use the password lookup. (this commit accidentally got left out of the mayan add)
- Provides a way for users to change which dist of ubuntu is used for package install.
