Issue #662 - Nextcloud doesn't support for mariadb/mysql backend.

Micah Villmow requested to merge mvillmow/HomelabOS:662-nextcloud-mariadb-support into dev

Currently only postgresql is supported, but mariadb is also an option. By allowing nextcloud to support mariadb and postgresql options, this will reduce the friction in porting installations to homelabos. The config uses the same style used by gitea for enabling or disabling mariadb.
