Tighter integration between transmission/sonaar/radarr/emby

What started this PR? The level of configuration required to have transmission+sonarr/radarr was low (which is good) but Emby showed every movie/show twice because o the shared download and library folder.

This PR intends to:

  • remove sonarr/radarr folders into Transmission configuration (removing /tv and /movies volumes)
  • Split the download folder (of Transmission) and the library (of Sonarr/Radarr) into 2 separate folders
  • Add to the documentation regarding configuration requirements
